This is our first ever Sauvignon Blanc and it is such an amazing representatiion of this varietal cooming out of Sonoma Valley. This wine is crisp and refreshing, but still has an amazing structure and fruit.
This is the second most popular wine in Sonoma County and is filled with notes of green gape, green fruit, hint of kiwi and citrus flavors. This wine is stainless steel fermented and aged and you'll also get melon and even a hint of lime. This wine is great match for fish, salads, shrimp and goat cheese. Served noce and cold of course!
