The wines:
Bold and beautifully structured, our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon shows classic Cabernet character with a distinctly vineyard-driven signature. Expect blackberry and black cherry at the core, layered with cassis, dark cocoa, cedar, and espresso, plus subtle notes of violet and baking spice. The palate is full-bodied and polished, with fine-grained tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, lingering finish that continues to unfold as the wine opens. Each vintage offers its own expression—2016 leaning elegant and savory, 2018 richly fruited and seamless, and 2020 powerful, vibrant, and age-worthy—making this set a must for collectors and Cabernet lovers alike.
